Congrats to Pat Nolan from Fenagh who was elected as Vice Chairperson of the Carlow County Board at Convention last week and we wish him every success in his new role. We also wish to thank outgoing Vice Chair Seán Campion from Ballinabranna who has worked tirelessly during his term of office.
