Carlow Senior Footballers make the long trek to Casement Park on Saturday for the Qualifier game v Antrim.

After a brilliant quarter final win over Louth, the semi final v Wexford went pear shaped after a really good first half which disappointed the big Carlow following. 

Used in the right way the result can be a building block and if lessons were learned there is no reason to fear this encounter.

Antrim had a couple of good seasons in recent times - reaching an Ulster Final but have failed to push on and won only 2 games this year. Clearly they are no world beaters.

A win here will give either team a real boost and a road to redemption - and the massive incentive of progression in the Qualifiers. With heads in the right place there's no reason it can't be us.
