To discuss the future of Club Hurling in our County we are hosting an open forum on Wed. 24th October @7.30pm in The Talbot Hotel whereby all Club members, players and other interested parties can come and offer solutions to some of the issues facing us going forward.
We have appointed a consultant committee to assist with forming an action plan:
Liam O’Neill (Former achatarn CLG & current Leinster GAA Coaching & Games Steering Committee Chair.)
Ned Quinn (Former Kilkenny GAA Chairperson & HDC Chair.)
Paudie O’Neill (HDC Chairperson)
Martin Fogarty (GAA National Hurling Development Manager)
Michael Dempsey (IT Carlow, Leinster GAA & Kilkenny GAA)
We hope to have a very large attendance on the night, no pre-booking required.
All we ask is that attendees come with ideas of how to improve Club Hurling in Carlow and have some solutions of how best to tackle the issues facing us at present.
